Hi, I'm Becky. That is my pen name. You know, like Mark Twain was a pen name for Samuel Clemens. But I don't want you to think about me or my house when you come to this site. I don't want you to surf the site and decide, "Becky can do those things but I don't have the talent or know-how."I want you to think about yourself and your house. Think about what you want to learn, change, or do differently to make you and your house a better home. This blog is about learning, inspiring, growing into better people to make the world, especially home a better place.

Now, meet my hobby farm goats. Silver Bells has been on my farm since 2014. Her mother (called a dame) came from one of North Carolina's top goat dairies. I also have another goat named May Flower. She was a gift to me last May for Mother's Day (instead of flowers!) I keep goats for nutritious milk and for the fun they bring to my life. Goat morning to you, every morning!

My family is made up of my preacher husband, myself, and our four children. My husband and I have been married since 1994. I have homeschooled over 16 years, sewn for over 40 years. I want to help you learn some of the most important skills in the world. Home skills. Make home a better place!
