I was tired of the mid-morning blahs when my mind would fog up and I didn't have the drive to do anything but surf on Facebook. I needed something that helped me get started in the morning AND keep on going throughout the day. I was wondering if there was anything that would do just that. Then I remembered reading about dandelion coffee. I don't have time to dig up dandelion roots, clean them, roast them, grind them and then turn them into a morning beverage. Enter a google search and that is how I found Dandy Blend.
It is everything I hoped it would be. Delicious, very close to a coffee taste, and NO caffeine withdrawals. Plus the liver benefits of dandelion, sugar beets, and chicory. WIN, WIN, WIN! I am always looking for a deal so I bought the large bag with more cups per bag. You can buy it online at Walmart online- https://bit.ly/2S5Kdo0 or other sites. The product has been featured in Sweat Equity, Food Trends, and Whole Foods magazines and the Dandyblend.com website has delicious recipes. I also learned there that Dandy Blend celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2019.
"The many ways to enjoy Dandy Blend: Dandy Blend is so versatile that, depending on how much powder you use, it can be everything from a pleasant, nutty roasted tea to a rich, strong, espresso. it also is the easiest way to get the benefits of dandelion root into your diet. Add one spoonful in a cup of hot or cold liquid, stir, and it is ready to drink. It makes a particularly good iced coffee for use in warm weather.
